Dondrub Ling is centrally located, and easily accessible by public transportation. There is ample parking in the area. It is a renovated building from the early 1900s with character and pleasant feeling and nice architectural details. We have a large room for teachings, practice, Yantra Yoga and the Vajra Dance. There are sloping high ceiling with sky lights, aged brick on the side walls and a kitchen lounge area. With this space we're now able to sponsor more gatherings, practice explanation sessions, Santi Maha Sangha groups, and Weekend Workshops.

DIRECTIONS: 2748 Adeline is located between Stuart and Ward Streets near the intersection of Adeline and Shattuck in Berkeley. It is on the west side of the street, on the second floor just above the CRIXA Bakery.

We are across from the Berkeley Bowl Grocery Store and north of Ashby BART. If you are taking BART, the Ashby BART stop is closer. The downtown Berkeley BART stop is further north 8 blocks or so. At night it may be preferable to utilise the downtown Berkeley BART stop.

Help Sustain Dharma Activities

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit religious organization.
We can provide a tax ID with a letter for all contributions.

Sangha is the Third Jewel of the Buddhas teachings. The generosity of donors helps to support events, programs and improvements, retreats and capabilities for the entire Sangha. Supporting dharma practice for yourself and others accumulates great merit as well as creating the causes and conditions of virtue to increase.

Who/What are the Dzogchen Community West Coast and Dondrub Ling?
Dzogchen Community West Coast is part of a worldwide Dzogchen Community founded by Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche to preserve and further the Buddhist teachings and transmissions of Dzogchen. The Dzogchen Community opened Dondrub Ling in early 2002. We have many events, classes, workshops, teachings, receptions and transmissions from wonderful teachers. Dondrub Ling is a community space which many people have worked hard to make happen. As it takes funds each month to operate we need your help to sustain it.
